Nails of the day "Naked" by China Glaze

How has everyone been? My lack of networking is down to being lazy. I'm so tired these days, which is probably my own fault as I don't have much of a sleeping pattern. Everything's becoming a bit slow recently, the clock makes me feel if time should be going faster but it's only been half an hour, don't you just hate that? I'm also in dire need of a pedicure, my little tootsies need some TLC. Hopefully things will pick up soon enough :)

 I bought this nail polish a couple of weeks back when Sallies had a VAT free day. To add to my China Glaze collection I picked up Naked. It's quite darker than a baby pink with very fine glitter undertones (which I didn't realize when I bought it) I had to apply two coats as the polish was quite thin. But once it was built up it had a nice finish. It's one of those polishes you can wear both day and night and I think it would look great on paler skintones. I can't rave on about China Glaze enough, I just love them, probably number one in my top nail varnishes.

City lights are so bright..

I wore this outfit out last weekend to the pub. I wasn't drinking, really don't feel like drinking much these days, it's all money. To be honest, this is probably my favorite outfit so far, it's one of those dressy casual outfits which I like. The jumper was only £12.99 which I thought was quite good considering you can get something similar in other shops for £20+.
Sorry about the background as well, I need to find somewhere to take my pictures in my room, and this was the only place I would think of cause it has good lighting, does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do for a background? Plus the weathers been poop so I can't go outside and take them. I also need to work on the picture sizes *sigh* there's so much fiddling about involved with it which get's on my wick, why can't things ever be simple? I badly need a new lens for my camera & a tripod which may improve my images as I'm personally not happy with the photo's that I come up with, as I like good quality photo's to look at so I presume everyone else will. Unless I'm too picky? Meh.

I'm back girlies! Just had to take a short break due to work and whatever else.
Last week I had a day off (think it was a Thursday) so I headed into town for some shopping. I popped into Sallies as they had a VAT free day, couldn't resist! I just got some essential stuff nothing too special.
I wore this outfit as it was sunny but there was a cold breeze. The BF bought me this jumper from work which was originally £140 but reduced to £70 (it's cashmere which is why it was so expensive) but it's so soft and kept me cosy all day. I really want more of them in different colours, especially the purple one, as I don't really have much colour in my wardrobe, which is kinda sad, but hey! slowly revamping my wardobe. Just bagged a load of clothes for the charity shops, at least I'm doing my bit :). I dunno why but this outfit reminds me of school? Maybe just the colours.
Hope you guys are having a good start to your week. I've just had my two days off which feels like bliss, and just been for my driving lesson, busy, busy, busy!

Taking a short break, unfortunately.

As many of you might have guessed, I have been really busy with work at the moment. To cut a long story short, the old manager left to go into a new job so there is no monthly rota up and I only  get given a two week rota until a new manager is employed. Also trying to tie in driving lessons in with my days off which is proving unsuccessful as my days off change all the time. I only have one day off next week then two days off the week after. I just never seem to find the energy or time to blog as I'm usually so poop'd out from work, or get a 12 till half 4 shift then find myself getting home when good lighting has gone to take pictures. I also haven't really been buying that much at the minute either due to no moneys. I know I said that I'd do some blogging stuffs over the weekend but I was way to busy with other things. I really do enjoy blogging and I get really annoyed at myself for not being able to blog as much as I used to, but I do promise that I will do something about it in the next week or so. I will be back soon!
